Founded in 1994, Sullivans Cove is Australia's most awarded single malt whisky distillery, having won three "World's Best" titles at the World Whiskies Awards. Distilled from 100% Tasmanian malted barley in tiny batches on our unique pot still, our whiskies are rich, rustic and full-flavoured. Aged for many years in full-sized casks, our whiskies are also on average the oldest in Australia, lending texture and depth of flavour unmatched among Austrlian whiskies. Comprised of two French Oak ex-tawny (12 and 18 years old) and two American oak ex-bourbon (11 and 12 years old) casks, this batch is a classic example of the Sullivans Cove style. Bottled at 45% abv, this whisky has all the creamy texture, warm fruits and sweet malty notes Sullivans Cove is known for, resulting in a rich and complex but very friendly and approachable single malt.
